Return Policy

To request a return, email contact@timaran.com with your order number and the pieces you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return shipping guidelines.

You may return items within 3 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

• Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–10 working days.
