Shipping Policy

Every TIMARAN order is prepared with care in our Dubai atelier and entrusted to Aramex, who deliver it to your door, wherever you are in the world.

Estimated delivery times, from the day your order is placed:

• United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days
• GCC countries: 2–3 business days with Express delivery, or 4–6 business days with Standard delivery in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman
• Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon: 4–6 business days
• United Kingdom and Europe: 4–6 business days
• United States and Canada: 5–7 business days
• Asia and Australia: 5–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–10 business days

Orders are prepared on business days and are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly with customs clearance and local delivery services. Should your order be delayed for any reason, our team will be in touch with you personally.

Delivery is complimentary, by express service, on orders of AED 3,500 and above to the GCC, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. For all other orders, delivery is calculated at checkout according to your destination and the weight of your order, so the full amount is always shown before you complete your purchase.

Kindly note that delivery fees are not refundable.

Within the UAE, your piece arrives in a TIMARAN box, wrapped in white tissue. For international deliveries, it travels in protective packaging without a box, keeping it safe on its journey while keeping delivery lighter for you.

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you an email with your Aramex tracking details, so you may follow its journey to your door. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

For deliveries outside the UAE, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are set by the customs authorities of your country, are not included in the price of your order or its delivery, and are settled upon arrival.

Once Aramex confirms a parcel as delivered, it is no longer in our care. Should anything seem amiss, please contact us and our team will gladly share all tracking and carrier details to assist you with Aramex.
