Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item only.

  • The item must pass inspection before an exchange is processed.

  • We will arrange pickup from your delivery address once the return is approved.

  • Exchange orders are subject to stock availability.

  • If any technical issue occurs during exchange processing, our team will assist you directly.


❌ Order Cancellation

If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, any applicable shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please initiate a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition.
Upon confirmation, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, including delivery charges and taxes (if applicable)

  • Or send a replacement item free of charge if requested
