We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item only.
• The item must pass inspection before an exchange is processed.
• We will arrange pickup from your delivery address once the return is approved.
• Exchange orders are subject to stock availability.
• If any technical issue occurs during exchange processing, our team will assist you directly.

If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, any applicable shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please initiate a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition. Upon confirmation, we will:
